About Nic M.
I am a global payroll professional with over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in my field. I have extensive payroll processing experience in the UK and US, as well as more general experience with payrolls in Ireland and Australia, and implementation experience of over fifty countries in every region of the world. I am organized, diligent, detail-oriented, and logical in my approach to payroll, placing a high value on building trusted relationships and partnerships. My goal is always to build efficient, transparent payroll processes, and to use those processes to ensure hardworking people are paid accurately, and on time, every time. After spending the last seven years in the United States I am permanently returning to the UK in the Autumn of 2026.
