Job Description:
Full Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | People-First Payroll Bureau
We’re growing again! Thanks to some exciting new client acquisitions, we’re looking for 2 experienced Payroll Administrators to join our friendly, people-first team - Junior and Mid level positions.
You’ll be part of a tight knit pod team, together, you’ll manage a portfolio of payroll clients, primarily in the hospitality sector - think pubs, cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
You’ll support the pod manager and take end-to-end ownership of your own client portfolio - running their payrolls from start to finish, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted point of contact for all things pay-related.
About the Role
Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Junior and Mid level positions)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Fully remote (UK-based), with periodic in-person teambuilding days
Salary: Based on experience
You’ll be part of a tight-knit pod, who truly values you. Together, you’ll manage a portfolio of payroll clients, primarily in the hospitality sector – think pubs, cafes, restaurants, and hotels.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of your own client portfolio – running their payrolls from start to finish, building strong relationships, and becoming a trusted point of contact for all things pay-related. You’ll need to be comfortable on client calls (phone & zoom), working across different Time & Attendance platforms, importing/exporting data, and using Excel to clean and manipulate timesheets quickly and efficiently. Spotting anomalies, streamlining processes, and making payroll look effortless? That’s your jam.

- Communicate clearly and kindly, keeping it human – you know how to keep clients informed, not confused
- Want to work somewhere that genuinely values people – both its clients and its team
